Magazine Fundraiser

We would like to thank everyone who supported our Magazine fundraiser this year.  As a school, we brought in over $50,000 in total sales.!  That is incredible!!!  We will be able to keep 37.5% of these monies, so thank you for your support of our Mustangs as we strive to continue to provide a quality education for our students.  For all students who sold/brought in 10 items, they were treated to a lunch at John’s Incredible Pizza on Tuesday, September 27.  It was a great day filled with fun and laughs.  Thank you, again, for your support.

6th Grade Science Camp:

This year our 6th grade classes will be spending 4 days and 3 nights at Calvin Crest Outdoor Education Camp.  With the addition of the extra day, night, and 3 meals, the cost will now be $200.  Payments can be made at any time in our front office.

Red Ribbon Week

This year our Red Ribbon Week will be held from October 31—November 4.  This year’s theme is, “The Drug Free Force is with Me.”

Band

The Band March-A-Thon is quickly approaching.  Please consider coming out to watch our students perform on Wednesday, October 26. 

History Day    

Congratulations to those students who made the History Day team here at Reagan.  This year’s theme is titled, “Taking a Stand in History.”  Students have begun meeting with Mrs. Zapata and Mrs. Bishop in preparation for this year’s competition.  This is a great opportunity for our students to learn 21st Century skills and have fun.

Sports

The Reagan Fall sports season began with our flag football and volleyball teams traveling to play against Clay Elementary on Wednesday, September 28.  All teams had fun and looked impressive.  We would like to thank Clay Elementary for allowing our teams to travel to their school and play their teams.  

Beginning on September 30, our teams will begin league play against Roosevelt Elementary from Selma Unified at home.  Throughout the month of October, our teams will travel to Selma two times before the end of the season tournament on Friday, November 4.
