Greetings!
The art society students have finished preparing your entry packet for the art show and you will be receiving it the week of February 9-12, 2016. If you do not find it in your staff mailbox by Friday, February 12th, please ask your front office for it. If for some reason you do not receive an entry packet or you lose or misplace your packet, please email me ASAP and I will replace it. We did make a few extras.
I cannot even begin to describe how excited the art society students are as the February 26th date nears for the art to be collected from your schools. The home economics students have begun to bake and freeze treats for the art show reception, and the jazz band-- well, they are just jazzed about getting to provide the music for the evening.
Thank you so much for your enthusiastic participation. Please be aware of these important dates:
February 26th Leave your 5 art selections in your front office. Make sure each selection has an entry form attached to the back.
March 10th Art Show Reception at RJJH Gym, 6-7PM.
All students who are represented in the art show will receive a ribbon and will have an invitation mailed to their homes inviting them to the art reception in March. After the arts show, some of the art will be shown in downtown Kingsburg. All of the art will be returned to you in time for open house.
